As we approach the end of yet another interesting year I would like very much to wish a heartfelt Best Wishes to you and your family for the holiday season, and throughout 2015.
Some of the world events over the past few months remind us just how incredibly lucky we are to live in the Vancouver area – and that is certainly one of the factors that attracts buyers and immigrants, and helps keep our residential real estate market so strong.
Recent months have seen a real surge of activity, with high demand and continued low mortgage rates pushing prices ever higher. CMHC and the BC Real Estate Association are forecasting that trend to continue for another couple of years at least.
